Asmontec's Glass Line for Clean Rooms increases visibility between areas and production controls, without compromising the cleaning requirements of the most demanding environments.
The line was designed not to rust, condense or corrode, it can be built with tempered or laminated glass, polycarbonate or acrylic, with an anodized aluminum structure or AISI 304/316 stainless steel.
Double Glass Visors
Internal frame in aluminum or AISI 304/316 stainless steel, silica gel in the lower part, nitrogen injection and silicone closure. They can be installed in partitions, masonry or drywall.
Double-glazed models are ideal for installation between two cleanrooms.
The glazing is perfectly flush with the surface of the wall without protrusions or joints. They are best suited for the most critical applications.
Single Glass Viewfinders
Frame in aluminium, painted steel or AISI 304/316 stainless steel and silicone seal. They can be installed in partitions, masonry or drywall.
Single-glazed models must be installed with the “clean side” facing the cleanroom or centered.

When transparency is key, the Asmontec Glazed Partitions system provides the user with a very close and clear viewing experience.
They can be built with single or double glazing, in an aluminum structure with electrostatic painting or AISI 304/316 stainless steel, and may have an inclined finish for better cleaning of materials.

Ideal for separating areas of the same classification, produced in a special tube structure of 50 mm in stainless steel Aisi 304/316 and impact protector (pallet shaker).
