Always present with relevant projects in the market , Asmontec has developed another important project. This time, for the Minas Gerais-based pharmaceutical company Pharlab . In December 2020, the company inaugurated its new factory, with an area of 4 m².
The construction was due to the need for the institution to have a place to host a high degree of automation. This plan was already old. Since 2018, the institution has intended to expand. The production of the initial manufacturing plant and outsourcing were no longer able to meet the market demand for Pharlab medicines, which are present in more than 75 thousand pharmacies in Brazil.
And due to this need, Asmontec was called in to carry out the work. The unit is expected to double the company's production capacity in the solids area.
High- performance technological equipment has been installed , providing the highest level of safety for operations to be carried out on site. Quality and productivity are guaranteed.
In addition to providing new horizons for the institution, the construction of Asmontec is estimated to generate 70 new jobs, and will be integrated with two other projects that were completed in 2019.
Pharlab views construction as a very euphoric accomplishment for the future. The project allows new products to be brought to market soon. This is because the new factory has the capacity to supply all demand and volume.
